I have NOT had a flu shot in 2 decades and I do not really get colds or flus because:
at the first sign of a tinge or tickle in my nasal cavity / sinuses I take 2 or more big Cloves of Garlic. Crush Dice. Put water in mouth. Insert Garlic. Swallow. Chase with Water. Eat a tangerine or other Vitamin C. Take a NAP. DONE. Problem Solved. Try it. See Also: Ginger Honey Cayenne and other anti viral foods
if Garlic Water Tangerine Nap work for me I imagine adding Ginger Honey Cayenne would be even more fool proof.
